Guillaume, Freddy and Simon are wonderful hosts. "Island Boys Koh Phangan" is a place of natural beauty and creature comforts. Guillaume and Simon greeted us with beautiful orchid garlands at the ferry. Then we took a quick boat ride to a place in paradise! The property is a beautiful jungle hideaway full of the songs of birds during the day and a chorus of frogs at night. My wife and I stayed five nights in their spacious "Hedonist" villa and enjoyed every minute of it. The bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom spectacular, and attention to details is everywhere. The room which opens out onto a stunning view of the ocean and the jungle canopy is perfectly soundproofed so there is absolute silence at night. Our hosts made us feel welcome and took care of all our needs above and beyond expectations. The breakfast table was artfully set and the food always delicious. We had the beaches all to ourselves. Drinking water comes from a natural spring on the property and tastes so good! Island Boys Koh Phangan are building a self sustaining permaculture garden full of local food and medicine plants and they even have a small terraced rice field. The food we ate was all sourced locally and was really good. This is not your usual Airbnb listing, but more like a five star hotel. The jungle paths are steep so you do need strong legs to get up to the road. If you love luxury, beauty, nature and have a bit of a sense of adventure then this place is definitely for you. Enjoy!
